When you submit a booking or a custom inquiry through this website, we collect the details you provide: your full name, mobile number, email address, the trip you are interested in, the number of travelers, and any notes you add. For bookings, we also collect the payment receipt screenshot you upload.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Confirm and process your booking or respond to your inquiry;
• Contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email about your request;
• Verify your payment receipt and deliver your tickets.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Legal basis & consent

By submitting a form on this site, and ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to Tavari Egypt storing and processing the information above so we can handle your request, in accordance with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored in a Supabase database protected by row-level security (submissions are write-only from the public form; no one can read other customers' details). Receipt images are stored in a restricted storage area reachable only through unique, unguessable links. Standard validation is applied to every submission.

5. Data retention

We keep booking and inquiry records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at TavariEgypt@gmail.com.
